*By submitting this application I authorize Midderigh Vox to invoice me upon receipt to confirm my registration for Power of Voice.

After submitting the application I will receive an invoice for the initial program deposit of €1 000,00 payable upon receipt and the remaining balance of tuition, which will be due 60 days before the program start date.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing. If a participant cancels at least 90 days prior to the start of the program they or their sponsoring organization are entitled to a full refund. For cancellation 60-90 days a partial refund of 50% will be applied. Fees are non-refundable within 60 days of the start of the program. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the program.

Approximately one month prior to the start date for the program, a decision will be made to cancel or run the program. If exceptional circumstances require us to cancel the program, the participants will be notified by Midderigh Vox and will have the option to transfer to a future program, obtain credit or a full refund.
